My job as a business consultant is to take away the fear that many new business owners feel when thinking about starting their own business.  Fear complicates their goal, they feel overwhelmed, their motivation disappears, fear of failure sets in and many give up at this stage. I keep the process simple.

The first step for me is to demonstrate how simple strategies, such as planning, preparing and prioritizing are the three most important steps at this stage of your business idea. 

Once we have created a simple road map for you to work with, the fear subsides. Keeping tasks simple ensures my clients look forward to the work involved and know their goals are attainable.
